Here's a great review of "Dungeons of Doom: Dragon Roads #5" from Amazon!
5/5 Stars These books are truly AMAZING!!, August 21, 2011

I just had to give this book's author a BIG shout out on how wonderful his books (Dragon Roads series) are. They are completely addictive! They are interactive meaning you can change the outcome of the story with a click of the mouse! So inovative! I am a big Harry Potter fan and was so sad to see it end. I now have a reason to read again. Thank you and keep up the great work!

5/5 Stars Interactive Grand Adventure!, August 21, 2011

I bought this book originally to read to my son but found myself getting completely lost in it. This concept of interactive books is new to me. I absolutely LOVE IT! My son loves the way I can change the end of the story. He thinks I'm a genius! I especially love the author's way of making you feel like you were right there having the adventure of your life. I look forward to reading all the Dragon Roads stories! Great Job!

5/5 Stars Fantastic fantasy book, July 19, 2011
I really enjoyed this book. The characters are strong, and the narrative is gripping. The story grabbed my attention right from the first page. This is a "read into the night" book. I hope it becomes a best seller, as I really need a sequel.

Check out the latest review of "Sword Daughter: Dragon Roads #1" on Amazon!
"Narrated in second person this fun-filled fantasy/romance e-book for the 'tween' reader carries you along at a fast and exciting pace. It contains numerous interesting twists and turns and is full of magical and mystical creatures like the ruthless orcs and deadly trolls but you also meet a few outstanding hero's like the handsome elven Gavin. Before I purchased this book I did not realize it was full of interactive links that allow you to choose your own 'quest' throughout the story - it's almost like playing a fantasy game! After reading all the various outcomes I couldn't wait to start reading/playing the next Dragon Roads adventure book. This is a great fun series that will appeal to most fantasy fans, even if you are no longer a 'tween'." |

The first book of the Elven Ways series introduces the very detailed and well-drawn world of Kerith, in which four different peoples coexisted since the end of a devastating war, until a magestorm from another world brought a fifth people, the Vaelinars. Their powers, once they got over the shock of transition, proved great enough to rule the four established peoples. Now, after generations of rule, feuds are breaking out among the Vaelinar lords, and the discontented among the conquered peoples seek to overthrow them all. As hostilities escalate, fate throws up Grace, rescued from a river and with no memory of her past, and Sevryn, who has also had 20 years of his past wiped out. The two youngsters just may be formidable enough to deal with the land's foes, if their memories can be healed. Rhodes' use of detail will please those who like richly drawn settings and intricate plots but may confuse others whom the appended glossary and character list will help. Frieda Murray.
